Frequently Asked Questions
The system divides the day into 15-minute intervals. For each interval, you set a capacity limit (e.g., 10 pizzas). When a customer orders, the system offers the nearest available interval. If the interval already has the maximum number of orders, it offers the next available slot. This way, orders are distributed evenly according to kitchen capacity.
Yes! Order pacing doesn't prevent orders – it just distributes them evenly. If the 20:00 slot is full, the customer gets pickup/delivery at 20:15. The customer sees the exact time immediately and can decide if it works for them.
Rafla provides the online store as its own subdomain (e.g., yourrestaurant.rafla.menu or order.yourrestaurant.com). You just need to add a link from your website to the Rafla online store, for example an 'Order Online' button. No complex integration required - just a link is enough!
For the online store, we support Stripe and Paytrail payment methods. Both offer all the most common payment methods in Finland (card payments, MobilePay, online banking). Payment terminals (in the Ultimate package) work with Nets, Worldline, and American Express merchant agreements.
Capacity limits are daily - you can set different capacities for different days (e.g., higher on weekends than weekdays). You can also set breaks when the online store does not accept orders (e.g., after lunch or in the evening).
